Rautio Permanent Lighting LLC is a permanent lighting company specializing in custom outdoor LED lighting installations for residential and commercial properties. We send SMS messages exclusively to customers who have opted in to receive communications, including appointment reminders, installation confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers such as seasonal discounts.

Rautio Permanent Lighting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide marketing information, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service updates to subscribers who opt in. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise opting in to receive text messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Rautio Permanent Lighting LLC at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to use our services or make a purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and our promotional calendar. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of reasonable business hours (8 AM – 8 PM local time) unless you have specifically requested otherwise.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time:

Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status with a one-time confirmation message. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Your phone number and opt-in status will be stored securely and used only for the purposes described in these terms. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Messages may include promotional offers, discounts, service updates, appointment reminders, installation confirmations, seasonal lighting news, and other marketing content related to our permanent LED lighting services.
